The Mid-Atlantic Coastal Ocean Observing Regional Association annual meeting, November 17 and 18, in Portsmouth VA, will be a highly interactive conference.
Understanding the Coastal Ocean: Partnerships for a Changing World, will be populated by government, industry, academia and military partners. It will be an excellent opportunity for networking.
