The National Oceanographic Partnership Program Office (NOPPO) is busy planning peer review panels for the fifty-nine proposals received under the FY 2010 Broad Agency Announcement on, Developing Environmental Protocols and Monitoring to Support Ocean Renewable Energy and Stewardship. NOPPO expects to complete the peer review panels by June. The ocean renewable energy topic includes three agency partners (MMS, DOE, NOAA) and approximately $6.5M over four years may be available for this solicitation.
