Program Update: Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative – September 2012

Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative (GoMRI) hosted an exhibit booth at the Biloxi Seafood Festival on September 8 and 9. GoMRI staff distributed brochures describing the program and flyers inviting members of the public to attend a forum on Tuesday, January 22, 2013 in New Orleans, Louisiana. In additional to talking with fishermen, oil workers, teachers, marine scientists, boat captains and many more individuals, GoMRI also asked for input through a public survey.
