Julie Farver joined Consortium for Ocean Leadership - JOI Division - in July 2005 and serves as the Meetings and Travel Manager.
Prior to this, Julie worked for a non-profit education foundation, Success for All, as a meeting and conference planner and held the positions of legislative and executive assistant to former Congressman Sherwood Boehlert. In addition to her bachelor’s degree in political science from Syracuse University, Julie holds a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Convention Industry Council as well as a Corproate Travel Expert (CTE) certification from the National Business Travel Association.
Julie lives near Baltimore’s Inner Harbor with husband Danny.
