Travel Policy
If you will be traveling on behalf of the Consortium for Ocean Leadership, we ask that you take a moment to look over our Travel Policy. As a general rule, we must abide by the travel rules and regulations of the federal government: per diem guidelines for lodging, per diem for meal and incidental expenses (M&IE), providing original receipts for expenses over $75.00, economy class airfares and abiding by the Fly America Act when traveling internationally.
To seek reimbursement of expenses incurred while on travel, please refer to the instructions emailed to you and log on to the expense reimbursement system DataBasics.
