The 15th Annual National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB®) Final was held April 19-22, 2012 at the Sheraton City Center Hotel in Baltimore, Maryland. Returning champions Marshfield High School from Marshfield, Wisconsin took home first place.

This month, awards trips were taken by the first, second and third place teams, as well as the Policy Briefing champions, of the 14th Annual National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB), which was held April 29 – May 1, 2011 at Texas A&M University, Galveston in Galveston, Texas.

The 14th Annual National Ocean Sciences Bowl Finals is occurring this weekend in Galveston, Texas at Texas A&M University, Galveston from April 29 – May 1, 2011. The theme of this year’s Finals competition is “Human Responses to Ocean Events.”
The National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB) staff attended their first National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) Conference in San Francisco, California from March 10-13, 2011.
The 2011 National Ocean Sciences Bowl (NOSB) regional competitions were held on February 5 and February 26. The top team from each of the 25 regions is advancing to the 2011 NOSB Finals, which will be held in Galveston, Texas at the Texas A&M University, Galveston from April 29 – May 1, 2011.
