By using the sorting tool at the top of the classroom activities page, educators can find just the right lesson for the topic, audience and standard they wish to teach. All our materials are developed by School of Rock participants and scientists, are field tested and are reviewed by experts in their field. They are aligned to the National Science Education Standards and many are aligned to the Ocean Literacy Essential Principles. A Status Report on K-12 Earth and Space Science Education in the United States, 2006 - Published in July 2007, this report provides information on Earth science enrollments, graduation requirements, teacher certification and assessment and standards inclusion in various states. It is a follow up report from the 2001 National Conference on the Revolution in Earth and Space Science Education from which Blueprint for Change was published.
