Michael Feldman joined the CORE staff in September 2004. He coordinates the activities of the CoML U.S. National Committee as they seek to advance CoML, promote its scientific findings, and demonstrate the value of biodiversity research within the United States. A key focus is to develop a permanent home within the federal system for advanced marine biodiversity research and applications beyond the end of the first Census in 2010.

Michael has a background in marketing, sales, and policy, and previously helped start a database management company. Originally hailing from New York City, Michael is an avid sports fan and would trade a day on the golf course to any day in the office. Michael graduated from Tufts University in 2002 with a BA in Political Science.
