Molly joined Ocean Leadership in March 2008, coming from the American Geophysical Union where she was Executive Assistant to the Executive Director. Her many years of administrative support work in the DC nonprofit world also include previous employment at the National Association of Broadcasters in the Research and Information Department and at the Association of Science-Technology Centers working for the Executive Director. A brief career in retail clothing, both at the department store and independent owner levels, followed her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Washington University. She and her husband Scott spend their leisure time gardening (coworkers should beware of phantom surplus zucchini and tomato drops), catching movies, and frequenting DC/Baltimore museums. Having a fondness for all things fish, she is particularly pleased that a tropical fish tank is located right outside her office.
